Adult ADHD
Coaching or Counseling

Living with adult ADHD often means navigating a world that wasn’t designed for how your mind and nervous system actually work. Many adults — especially women and creatives — reach adulthood without a diagnosis, carrying years of confusion, self-criticism, and burnout before things begin to make sense.
I work with adults with ADHD from both a professional and lived-experience perspective. As a licensed therapist who was diagnosed later in life, I understand the relief and grief that can arrive together when long-standing patterns finally have a name.
Our work focuses less on “fixing” ADHD and more on understanding how your particular system operates — emotionally, cognitively, and somatically. Together, we explore how attention, motivation, sensitivity, creativity, and regulation interact in your daily life, and how to work with those patterns rather than against them.
Because many ADHD nervous systems think more clearly when the body is involved, I offer sessions that integrate movement, embodiment, and (when possible) time outdoors. Walk-and-talk sessions, active reflection, and somatic awareness can support insight and regulation in ways that traditional, sedentary therapy sometimes cannot.
Whether we meet virtually or outdoors, my approach is collaborative, grounded, and practical. The goal is not self-optimization or endless self-analysis, but increased clarity, self-trust, and a more compassionate relationship with how your mind works.
This work is well-suited for adults with ADHD who are seeking understanding, recalibration, and sustainable ways of navigating life — not quick fixes or rigid systems.

ADHD doesn’t need to be conquered — it needs to be understood. Clarity begins when we stop fighting how we’re wired.

Who This Work Is Not For

This approach may not be a good fit for individuals seeking quick fixes, rigid productivity systems, or highly structured behavioral programs. It may also not be appropriate for those in acute crisis or requiring intensive, high-frequency clinical support. My work is best suited for adults who are ready for thoughtful, collaborative exploration rather than prescriptive solutions.
