Individual Online Therapy With Me

Individual online therapy offers a consistent, private space to explore what’s happening in your life and make sense of it with support and perspective.
​
I work with adults and older adolescents who are navigating stress, transition, burnout, identity questions, or difficulty maintaining clarity and momentum. Sessions are collaborative and conversational, with attention to both emotional patterns and nervous system regulation.
​
Our work begins by clarifying what you’d like support with and how therapy can be most useful to you right now. From there, we meet virtually on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, depending on your needs and capacity.
​
At times, I may suggest reflections, practices, or experiments to explore between sessions. These are offered as invitations, not obligations. Some people find that engaging outside of sessions helps insights land more fully; others prefer to keep the work contained within our time together. We can adapt the approach to what genuinely supports you, without pressure or performance.

My role is to think with you — to notice patterns, ask meaningful questions, and help you develop greater clarity and self-trust over time. Therapy here is not about fixing or optimizing yourself, but about understanding what’s present and responding to it with more awareness and intention.
​
Therapy works best when it feels like a shared process, not a set of requirements.
