A focused, one-time conversation
for creatives in transition

Designed to help artists, performers, and storytellers reconnect with clarity, momentum, and creative alignment
A focused, one-time conversation for creatives in transition

The Creative FlowState Consultation is an immersive, one-time conversation designed for creatives, performers, artists, and storytellers who feel stuck, restless, or out of alignment — personally, creatively, or professionally.

Rather than traditional therapy or ongoing coaching, this consultation offers a focused space to pause, zoom out, and reconnect with your natural creative rhythm. Many creative and neurodivergent people access clarity through conversation, movement, and engagement, not by sitting still or talking in circles. This offering is designed with that reality in mind.

Sessions may take place virtually or as an outdoor walk-and-talk, allowing insight to emerge through both dialogue and embodied presence. Movement and time in nature often help organize thoughts, regulate the nervous system, and restore access to flow.

Drawing from my background as a licensed therapist, storyteller, performing artist, and music producer, I listen for patterns — in your language, energy, and lived experience. Together, we clarify what’s no longer aligned, where creative momentum has stalled, and what is asking to be addressed next.

This work is collaborative and conversational. I actively engage with you, reflect what I hear in real time, and help you make meaning of the stories you’re living inside. The intention is not to fix or optimize you, but to help you re-access a state of clarity, focus, and creative coherence.

Each Creative FlowState Consultation is intentionally finite — offering depth without ongoing emotional labor.
